Maddy Moon is all about living a feminine healthy beautiful life. We met up with her to vibe about how she brings her lifestyle philosophy to so many people as a Freedom Mindset Coach.

Inspiration. What first hooked you on “healthy living”?

When I was around 17 years old I became a vegetarian and that introduced me to "whole foods" since I needed to think a little out of the box when it came to meals. It wasn't until about 5 years later that I really started to understand what "healthy living" meant to me as I found a balance between food, movement, friends, work and all of life (and it includes meat!). 

Rise & Shine. How do you start your mornings?

I keep it simple: water, coffee, a dog walk and some great music. Sometimes I will do gratitude journaling, read a card from my tarot deck or go straight off to pilates.

Family. Where did you grow up & how did that shape you?

I grew up in Dallas, Texas. I lived in a place that was very image-conscious so even though that contributed to my eating disorders down the line, I'm so grateful for all of those experiences because now I can confidently coach other women going through the same.

Buzz: What is "Intuituve Eating"?

Intuitive eating is a process of eating with your body's natural hunger and fullness cues and eating what your body is desiring (not just what your mind tells you that you SHOULD eat). 

Love & Support. How do you run your business while having healthy relationships? How do you do "balance" there.

That's pretty easy for me. I work for the most part during the day and leave evening open for friends and family. If I'm exhausted, I will gift that evening to myself but if I have energy, I'll take advantage of it buy spending time with people that I care about.

Give. Do you have a charity or cause that you support?

At the moment, I haven't been actively involved in a charity but I often work at a church in the childcare! It's a church of thousands so they need as much help as they can get.

Nourish. What would we find you cooking up in your kitchen?

Probably zucchini noodle bowls or epic tacos.

Must Haves. Pick your favorite everyday product or activity, that has become personally essential to being the best 'You'.

Acroyoga It's become my lifeblood. I do it at least 1-2 times a week and every time I finish, I feel like a new woman.
